I have a Honda XR650L. I removed the bearing pins and weighed both sets. IMS tuners are almost twice as heavy. Standard bindings are 4-5 ounces each and IMS bindings are about 8 ounces each. However, these are great solid pens and definitely offer a more stable driving platform. A pin fits a hair's breadth into the holder and I couldn't get a standard size cotter pin through the hole. I had to use a slightly smaller pen. never mind
