How to take a sugar pill does nothing.
I bought these because there was an article in a popular women's magazine about a woman who lost 8 pounds in a week while taking it. I think I fell for a scam. They do absolutely nothing, it's like taking a sugar pill. They didn't give me extra energy. They didn't increase my metabolism. They didn't help me lose weight at all. Waste of money as they are quite expensive. I threw them in the trash after a few weeks of daily use.
