I didn't know how this blanket would change my life. That's a big statement, but for the past few years I've had trouble sleeping, constantly waking up at 3am, tossing and turning, and not falling asleep until my alarm goes off. I bought this blanket on a whim because I kept hearing about weighted blankets. I slept with it on my bed the first day I got it and I will never sleep without it again. I had the deepest night I've slept in a long time. I fell asleep quickly, slept through the night and woke up rested. I can't explain the science behind it, but it works. I also appreciate the two washable covers and how easy it is to put on and take off. The gray color is very beautiful and goes well with any interior. A lot of effort has gone into this blanket and it is of excellent quality. There are many weighted blankets out there these days, but this one ticks the box for me!
