The delivery was very delayed. After the 3rd delay I contacted the seller and he just replied and I quote "You will receive it immediately." I didn't. When I finally received it, it had no parts. One when the folding parts are duplicated and one of the extension parts (which I need) is missing. Despite following the T sizing chart, no matter how I adjust it, I can't get the brace comfortable or correct. I need this for an outdoor activity starting in less than 2 weeks, so I don't have time to order anything else through the doctor's office right now. At the doctor's office I was offered to buy something cheaper than insurance. I should have known that cheaper is not better. Also, I had to pay for return shipping even though they advertise free Prime returns. Don't buy this!
