This is by far the best percussion massager I've tried. I exercise a lot and no matter how much water I drink and how much I stretch my legs, I always get killed afterwards. I've had it for a few days and my feet feel like new. I use the serrated attachment on my calves, quads and hamstrings and one of the hardest on my legs. I also thought the softer binding on my arms and upper shoulder looked great. My girlfriend has a lot of back problems and I can never massage her hard enough to get rid of the pain, it helps and she doesn't get tired.
