This is a perfect replacement with decent brightness and beam pattern for 2019 Toyota RAV4 Fog Lights (2021). Why Toyota chose to include LED headlights (white light) and halogen fog lights (amber light) in most trims is a mystery no one can explain. Two "clips" on each side of the fender liner and access to the bulb is very easy. I say "decent brightness" because they're not flashy bright, but you wouldn't want that for fog lights anyway. They "fill" the headlight pattern just like OEM bulbs, with little or no "spread". The scattering annoys oncoming drivers, but not them.
