I am currently using their software to manage our accounting system which includes payroll & human resources - we are also able use it as an inventory management tool so that when products arrive at work they can be scanned in automatically into PIS's database or if scanning from outside sources then this would give us some peace-of mind knowing what has been inventoried already! So far there have not really any downsides however i do think sometimes certain features could/would benefit more by being easier accessable via another way rather than having users open up emails etc just because its quicker? For example how often does your business need something like 'Purchasing' but you dont want someone going through emailing everyone involved with purchasing each time?! This should help solve those problems though maybe even offer them out free too haha!!
