Great Platform For Event Ticketing & Customer Service

I like that it has all of my favorite features in one place! The ability to be able to see everything at once helps me keep track of what needs attention first vs second (and so forth). It's not super intuitive for those who are new but we have an amazing team working hard everyday making sure this gets better every week/month etc!! My biggest issue right now - other than having too many tabs open when using multiple accounts-is being unable to close tickets from previous events or add them back into future ones as needed without closing each time out completely then reopening again just because i want access later. This makes managing your account much more difficult if you're trying to get things done quickly while also keeping up with customer service requests / support questions which can take long periods before they receive replies. We use tikkl mostly internally within our organization however its great feature set allows us outside customers to create their own The functionality of the app was very intuitive to use. It was also easy to customize features as needed. As a small business owner, we had many customers who didn't understand the concept of using a mobile application for their event tickets. This made it difficult for us to market our events and sell tickets to them. We were able to solve this problem by allowing clients to access our website from within the app.
