waste of money. Best in Store Signs
As a new agent, I was looking for something inexpensive to use on my stub list. I was thrilled when I received it and immediately put it on a sign in one of my listings. Worked fine for a few days. Then, on the fourth day, I found it damaged on the ground. I believe the heat from the sun damaged it and the magnet was no longer effective. Unfortunately I had to throw it in the trash.
