Very comfortable! There is very little roughness or stiffness under the strap that goes over the fingers so I wear them as long as they aren't completely busted when I don't walk much during the day. So far everything has been fine, just being careful as I have diabetes. Love the subtle pattern on the straps rather than the solid black of other very similar Skechers I wear all the time. I was a bit concerned that the bulges on the outsole (which makes them good for golfing) would catch cracks or whatever when walking, but so far they seem good and very stable.
