This product is completely defective it does not work at al. On the first one that I ordered one of the blocks didn't work correctly. On the second one that I ordered two of them didn't work correctly, you cannot balance and move them at all. I use this tool all the time at my hand therapy office for my hand therapy which is why I bought this and have no problem getting it to work. Both of the ones that I got had tons of problems getting them to work properly and couldn't even once get it to balance correctly and usually I can get the one at my hand therapy office to be completely balanced in under 60 seconds every time. But whatever the issue was with the blocks that didn't rotate properly I'm not sure maybe they need to grease some more properly but the tool should have worked when I bought it so I'm sending them both back and that ordering a new one from a different brand.
