I've been using it for a few weeks now and the biggest plus is that when I step on my foot with plantar fasciitis for the first time in the morning, the pain is almost complete away. Before using the sock, I used to be afraid to step on my sick foot because the pain was unbearable. Now the pain in the morning has either completely disappeared or reduced to a dull stimulus that is quite bearable. I would give five stars but the velcro sometimes gets stuck in my duvet when I move in my sleep which wakes me up. In addition, due to the fact that the strap is applied to the first few fingers, the fingers sometimes feel tight inside the sock. This is greatly reduced by making sure the strap is centered on your toes - sometimes it wants to slip onto your big toe. BENEFITS: Plantar Fasciitis pain SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED: Expensive Sometimes gets stuck in my blanket The strap sometimes slips over my big toe and pinches it a bit - a little uncomfortable, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for relieving symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis
