Paint can spilled in plastic not stored well in
Sargent brand upper copper paint leaked or broken I can't tell much paint dries on almost half the can and along the lid and the can dries on the one side, the other side without color. It was so thick that several people tried to open it but couldn't. I can't open because I don't have anything big enough to go around to break the top. The paint in the bag was wet, but it was firm on the top and sides of the can. Send a photo, but nowhere. Everything was fine in the 24k gold bank. Any suggestion to remove the copper paint is welcome. Many Thanks.
