Easy and inexpensive!

This was a great value and easy to use! We’ve never done a balloon garland before and it turned out beautifully. We added some black and gold balloons that we already had. We have TONS of white balloons left and enough supplies leftover to make another garland. Picture is after two days of it being up in our garage.
