Review on 👕 Brighten up your wardrobe with Nautica's Short Sleeve T-Shirt! by Tom Roberts

Very disappointed with the size of this shirt. I have bought similar t-shirts from two different brands, this one (Nautica) and Gildan, both size XXL. The Gildan shirt sizes were as expected, in fact they were the same size as several LL Beene shirts I already own. However, this Nautica shirt was a full 3 inches slimmer in the shoulder seams and 2.5 inches slimmer in the chest (but the same length!) than Gildan and LL Beene! Too tight for me to use as an outerwear t-shirt as I look like I'm shrink wrapped when I wear it. I am amazed at how this shirt was rated as "true to size" unless I received a shirt with the wrong size label. That will have to come back. Shame as the color is rich and the fabric feels more luxurious than Gildan's and I would have kept it if it wasn't for the sizing issue. Note: Mine came with the "Nautica" text logo on the chest, not the sailboat logo (which I would have preferred). I suspect the manufacturer switched from the sailboat logo to the text logo because not many people recognize the logo. The Sailboat logo is associated with the Nautica brand, and as such, the Sailboat logo does not provide "free advertising" for Nautica on the front of each shirt.
