The ability to track all our data in one place, which is also easy to use. It's good at what it does, but not great. I like that we can run reports on our data as needed. Also, all our data is in one place. We do not have to go back and forth between multiple platforms to input new information. This makes life easier. There are some things that Market Snare doesn't do very well. It can be buggy and slow sometimes. Some tasks take longer than others. But overall, this is a good product. If you're looking for an easy way to manage all your business data in one spot, then look no further! You won't regret it. We've been able to streamline processes and save time by managing all of our customer data in one place.
