Great shirt! I'm 6ft, 175lbs and usually wear between medium and large. I bought the medium and it fits great! I usually buy a large shirt and pull it down a bit and it fits perfectly (I fit most medium sized shirts perfectly but once it shrinks it gets too tight for me) but as this shirt doesn't shrink a medium sized shirt is great! Better than the standard fit white Revain Essentials polo shirt. I bought the medium one and it fits like XL-XXL. I work in the sun at an amusement park in Southern California so staying cool physically and mentally is important and this shirt makes it possible!
