These capsules are very simple and practical. The capsules contain detergent, bleach and stain remover and work at any water temperature. No more messy measurements, no more heavy bottles and no more products. I was happy with the results in my regular (non-HE) washing machine. Simply insert a capsule (two for dirtier items) and wash. My underwear is clean, light colored and smells nice. The scent of the spring meadow is pleasant; Smells a little like fabric softener. However, I was disappointed that the spot struggled with a single download. My dog chose to eat his red puppy biscuit on a light cotton robe. I used it without pre-treatment (the stain was new). The stain faded but didn't go away. So some things may still need pre-treating and I wouldn't go without using two for heavier and messier stuff. It's easy to use too much detergent. These capsules can't be beat for ease of use and generally satisfying results.
