This mini computer is basically a computer in a bag. I'm not tech savvy so I can't give you the details of the job or anything like that. What I can tell you is if this thing works for me, looks and sounds good. The answer to all three questions is unequivocal: Yes. What you are buying is a complete computer, small enough to carry around in your bag, less bulky than a laptop (in my opinion), and can be installed on any computer. Smart TV everywhere. This is basically a plug and play item, I will be buying a small keyboard to go with it and am determined to take this little kid with me when we travel.
