I bought one of these Teracans a few months ago. I've heard so many good things about it. I even watched 3-5 different videos on how to use a stick before buying one. Putting aside my stick size concerns based on the video. Let me tell you that to this day I still don't understand what all the hype about this bastard is about. I get the part where there are a lot of protrusions on either side of the cane, so it gives you all those overlay options on your body. But let's face it. One of the reasons for buying self-massagers is to save money; and second, you can just pick it up and use it. Who would want to buy a self-massage massager that gives you all these options of where to use it but can't achieve what you need without watching the video while in pain!? Since I already bought it, I might as well go through the process and give it a try. I watched the video. my eye with one of these nobs! Each time I tried to remove it without much success. I need to find a place that fits the size of the stick. Or I can take it apart every time I'm done, or put it back together every time I need to use it again. No! Right after Amazon's 30 day return period expired, I finally gave in and sorted out the wasted money on this thing. I started looking again and found this little gadget. He doesn't look very good. But! It does what I need, which is to relieve me of the aches and pains that building muscle has caused me over the years. Yes. I no longer have to watch a video to learn how to use it. I also don't have to look for a place to store it. Tip: It is best to just hang it up with your clothes in your closet. Easy! I couldn't do this with my stick as my closet has two levels. All in all I spent half what I spent on the cane and still got the results I wanted where the Teracan couldn't. So yeah, it's way better than the Teracan. And I would recommend it unreservedly to my friends and family. What I will buy the 2nd for my mother!
