I am a hobby photographer and have built a small studio in my basement. There is little natural light in this area, so I bought various devices to experiment with light. I also wanted a light that would be easy to transport when I'm shooting at family events and hope to open a small photography shop in the near future. Keller I always tap them when I move them. This light was attractive because it's compact, affordable, lightweight and easily attaches to my existing poles. It also uses LEDs, which are more energy efficient than incandescent bulbs. I also liked the dimming feature that lets you adjust the brightness and color temperature; Barn doors are also great because they help control the spread of light. I haven't used the remote yet because my studio is small, but I'm sure it will come in handy when I'm shooting in large spaces. I only have one to try but I am very happy with my purchase. and I think I'll take another one, maybe two, to experiment with multiple lights.
