Rigid and doesn't look like it will last long - upgrade - it won't
The cable is quite stiff and feels cheap. I hope it lasts, but I seriously doubt it. November 2021 update. And it broke inside. Mainly used at the table, free rolling a few times a week to put in backpack. Looks good from the outside but is broken inside. No real guarantee so just throw it away.
