This product saved me many hours using it for my daily work tasks! The ability this tool can do with just one mouse click without having to go through steps was amazing - also there really are none I could dislike so everything works very smooth! The customer service support team has been fantastic! Any issues or concerns were addressed quickly, resolved and even answered questions at times late into the night when we did not expect it. Not much but what I dislike about Web docs was easy enough to fix with any minor upgrade done by their staff; which was great! Overall this software truly helps you save a ton of time from doing things manually, like sending emails back-to-back multiple times each week if need be, or printing paper reports, etc. Everything is online now and saves us tons of money since all our important stuff is in 1 area for easy retrieval. The user interface is very easy for end-users even those who have never used it before. It also provides an excellent way to share files with others in the organization. I don't like how when you are editing a file there seems to be a lag/delay between your input and what shows up onscreen. This could benefit from being faster without sacrificing accuracy or ability to change things after they're shared. File sharing (and viewing) at work!
