Wrong Tether Tools cable?

Not sure if these are original Tether Tools cables. I bought this to use with my Canon 5D MK IV and it didn't work properly. It kept not syncing with my laptop and all photos were not transferring. I bought another Tether Tools cable straight from the website and it worked great.
