I have nothing bad to say about this excellent product. I use it with Keurig 2.0 and K-Mug packages. It goes perfectly with Keurig. And this thing keeps my coffee HOT for hours. I'm a drinker I like to sip coffee slowly at my desk for an hour or two, and I don't like lukewarm coffee. Two hours later, when I've had my last sip, the coffee is still very hot. With the lid closed, you can turn this mug upside down and not a drop will spill out. It feels very durable. The only caveat is to be careful when cleaning the inside of the top. You can't push the mechanism from side to side too hard or it will fall apart and be almost impossible to put back together, as I once learned the hard way in one of those mugs.
