I bought these shoes for my daughter. They were charming and suited her well. She always wanted to wear them. Those were her favorite shoes. She was wearing them every day for about 6 weeks when the strap on the back broke and the upper lining of the shoe frayed. We had to buy her new (different) shoes. Glad she has new shoes now. Bad thing? She wants her old ones back. My daughter is 2 years old so she is rough with shoes. But I would consider that before deciding to buy one. They are also not suitable for snow. Behind is a spot where snow can get. But they are very warm, the child can easily climb on them, and they are comfortable. So if you only want to buy them for cold days and not everyday use, it might be worth it.
