Very demanding connections

*UPDATE* The product support has been great. Even after I returned the product, the company contacted me with questions. Although I no longer need it for the moment, I would highly recommend this company and will be buying from them soon! Does not work with USB-C connection. It seems to be picky about which devices it can connect to. My old Macbook Pro didn't pick it up. The touchscreen only works when connected to USB, like a trackpad. Not worth the money. The HDMI connection to my computer looks fantastic, but connectivity is an issue. It needs to stay on or it won't last long on its own.
