Screws too short
The screws that come with the wall plate for attachment are not long enough to go through the thickness of the wall plate and will not attach to the outlet. Update: The original rating is one star because the screws didn't work. The company contacted me after contacting them and they said they had a batch of shorter screws and could send me the correct ones. Excellent customer service which is why I upgraded to 4 stars.
