Installed this morning and pretty easy. Straight to the battery, the cables routed under the tank and the unit attached to the steering wheel with two tabs on each side. I drove 70 miles and the device charged my iPhone from about 80 to 100% while the screen in the GPS app was on the whole time. Charges slower than my car but still moves forward. A few things I don't like: 1. Longer cables can be used. I had to join them halfway under my tank. I'd rather have this connector in the battery area so I can easily turn it off if I want to. I ended up wrapping the joint with tape to make sure it didn't go too far.2. The power button is very finicky. Sometimes I click to turn it on and nothing happens. Sometimes I press it once and it goes into battery monitor mode, which should take two presses. Sometimes I turn it off and it goes off for a second and then back on. It seems like you have to press the button pretty hard to register. I really don't like this design. But if I can turn it on and off, I think I can live with that. Let's see how durable the device will be. It does what it's supposed to. Just a few annoyances after a day of use.
