I've been eyeing Japanese-Korean hot sandwich machines for months, but couldn't justify spending $100 on a sandwich machine. Western sandwich presses didn't have the feature I was looking for (makes nice pinched edges) so this was a no. I tried this brand and I am satisfied! It does exactly what other hot Japanese/Korean branded sandwich makers do. I love that it comes with two other grills so I have waffles and egg bread/takoyaki options too. The grill is easy to remove and easy to reinstall which is great. The only downside is that it takes a hassle to clean it after each use to keep it clean/pretty. But that's just a very small minus.
