I like that you can have reminders set for clients to be called in advance so they don't miss appointments or call if there are any issues with their appointment times (which happens often!). Also it's easy enought o use without having someone else explain how things function - just pick up where others leave off before going live online/offline as well!! It still needs more features but overall we're happy customers at this point since our clientele has been able tp keep track easily from anywhere now which makes them feel much better about working out here instead when away during winter months due weather delays etc..
