Review on 🖨️ Pre-Assembled Artillery Sidewinder Ultra Quiet 300x300x400mm 3D Printer by Ronnie Segobiano

This is my first FDM printer and so far it's been a pretty good experience. Pros: This printer was very easy to assemble, feels very solid and well made. . I was able to print a decent CaliCat straight away using just the base profile for IdeaMaker. I was able to print almost everything I tried except for one instance of user error. It's very quiet and adheres to the bed great, but still pops out instantly once I let it cool sufficiently. The interface seems simple enough to me. Neutral: Judging by the reviews saying there aren't enough rollers, it seems like they changed the design and you just line them up and press between the pre-installed screws before you put them on the printer. It definitely seems like an easier way to put it together, but it doesn't seem that strong to me. However, so far it has worked well. The USB drive that came with mine had a physical defect that made it difficult to connect. I know enough not to use electronic connections, so I ended up just using a spare flash drive I had. I was able to connect it to my computer and view the files on it. The included wrench didn't seem to fit any of the eccentric bolts that the manual dictates. Cons: The documentation isn't terrible, but it's not great either. It tells you to set up certain parts, but not what result you're looking for or how to actually set it up, you just have to do it. The slicer profiles are virtually non-existent and the manual tells you to rename the Sidewinder X1 profile for Cura and replace the start and end gcode with the contents of the txt file, but doesn't provide the file and I was able to Can't find it anywhere online yet. The fan duct referenced by other reviewers and video reviewers appears to be poorly designed. Mine was attached but looks like it was just glued on and also not very efficient at where it directs air. I'll probably look for a new one to print with. Overall I think this is a great printer for the price.
