The tool is very easy to use so it's no problem that I can learn how to program with this product in less than 1 month. It integrates well with other software (itself included) which adds value as you can have interactive simulations using the same engine but different models. Some bugs exist when some features are used together. For example, if some 3D visualizations are used along side of a script, there could be problems displaying correctly. We needed a tool for our internal team that allowed us to create realistic scenarios within seconds by simply entering specific values into text fields. The ability to integrate with other systems is very helpful when integrating into other software platforms. It's easy to use and navigate. There are a lot of features that can be used in different ways. I like how it allows me to have multiple screens for prompts and menus. This is great for our company as we need to provide many options for our customers. It has been helpful in making sure all of our customer service agents know what to do if they receive a call regarding any of our products.
