My hair is thick and frizzy. Pro about the product. This shortens the time it normally takes to blow dry your hair, which usually takes around 45 minutes. I did it in about 15. The hair was straight, didn't pull, which was great. The downsides are that it's bulky, if the head was much thinner I could flatten it on the go, but because it's bulky I had trouble flattening my roots. Overall a good product but I wish the head was a lot thinner or had an additional head that can be altered to get closer to my roots to actually straighten it out.
