WRONG PRODUCT, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, REPLACEMENT HEADACHES

Very disappointed with this machine. It seemed easy to work with, but the power panel suddenly stopped working after only 6 weeks of use. I read the owner's manual, changed all the filters, spent a lot of time troubleshooting, and called Honeywell. They referred me to another manufacturer that licenses their devices. This manufacturer (Kass) sent me a 5 minute automated call just to let me know they can only take calls during my business hours (9-5 ET) and have no other way to contact them or leave a message after that Watch. For over $200 I expect a better product with easier customer service. I've spent hours fixing this Lemon and now I have to take a vacation just to *may* get a replacement for an expensive device that is now doing nothing and is now taking up space in my house and I can't do the Health get benefits I was hoping for. I am very disappointed after doing a lot of research and reading many reviews. I expected this to be a decent product. I will not be buying from Honeywell again and I will think twice about buying expensive items from Revain if they do not provide customer service/support.
