I like that they are very easy for you as both an internal user or external client, but also have great support if there's any issues with your account! The platform itself can be difficult at times when trying out new features within it which in turn makes using them hard sometimes because of their lackadaisical approach towards training users how best to utilize its capabilities overall.. They're still working through some kinks here & really need better documentation regarding everything from reporting/analytics (which has been lacking) all way down into basic functionality such as creating lists etc., so far not impressed yet!! Definitely give this one try though - we've seen significant improvements since implementing BB last year along w / our Salesforce orgs integration-side projects + lead management side project too! The team at BBM has been very responsive, flexible with our needs as well as understanding of how we want to be marketed online! I have used several other companies in my career but they never had this level of dedication or focus for their client's success. We are now getting more leads than before so that is great news!! They really care about your marketing strategy/needs which makes them one of the best in town!
