Nice dip for ceiling fans

LOVE the style. But I can't turn it yet. 3 calls to the company. 1 has been returned (the first) hoping to contact them and resolve the issue next week. I'll repeat my review if I ever get it to spin. I don't want to use it as a sculpture. Update: The electrician tried to check my setup and the cord slipped off the "j" L hook and sent the entire unit to the floor. The impact broke two blade holders. It is completely unusable and has never been turned over, even with the replacement of the engine. I am both disappointed and frustrated.
