I rarely post negative reviews publicly and I keep any negative reviews private for the seller or manufacturer to give them a chance to fix the problem. I choose to have a positive and rewarding online presence. I usually see bitterness when I read negative reviews so it's unfortunate but in this case I find it necessary because this item needs an updated description and product information but it won't happen yet; Buyers deserve to know what these parts are! I gave this product a rating ☆ for two main reasons, the first and smallest flaw in my opinion is: 1. The fabric is soft compared to the pictures, and the open front of the scarf/waterfall doesn't fit nicely and ruffles as on from the pictures it looks more like a fancy shawl collar and in my opinion the fabric looks better on the inside than on the outside. 2. Unless it was an innocent mistake, although I tend to think it wasn't, so the WORST thing about it is the scam I provided the pictures (of the item I received) and they speak for themselves but I am detailed and have summarized them below: I bought this item instead of others that looked the same in the pictures because I prefer natural materials and fabrics and the product description/details says this item is made from 95% Cotton exists but don't let that fool you its NOT cotton - exactly 0% cotton is stated on the label - in fact the composition of the fabric is 65% viscose and 35% polyester so don't repeat my mistake; If you're thinking of buying this because you think it's cotton - keep looking! To the seller: I am also happy to change my rating if the item I received was wrong and was replaced with the product in the pictures and is made of cotton fabric as described.
