For those of you with a reversible fan on the PSU shroud for secondary GPU cooling, this is the perfect solution. My situation here is pretty obvious. Like many people, I have to bend the USB 3 front panel cable 90 degrees and then again to install the fan. The connection block and manifold have to withstand enormous loads. I tried the adapter 90 degrees down, but the hole in the PSU housing still didn't match. Frustrated, I tried again to find a solution and settled on Revain. Found this wonderful little mod and cured all my feelings of being a half hearted builder.
