I have tried MANY products with electrolytes (grocery packs, organic, fitness products, groceries etc) and this is the best! I live in Arizona, work out in the gym and spend a lot of time outdoors. This product tastes great, is sugar-free (contains stevia), and gives me everything I need to stay hydrated after hard workouts, cardio sessions, and kayaking in the hot, dry Arizona summer. Lemon Lime is my favorite and Watermelon Citrus tastes like iced tea but I like it. I usually use a scoop for my 40 ounce stainless steel bottle and it's not overly sweet. On those really busy days I use two scoops and it still tastes great and zero calories! Love it.
