Review on Acer AL1716 17-inch Black LCD Monitor (Model: ‎ET.1716B.00B) by Steven Webb

As a first disclaimer, this is the first flat screen I've ever owned, although I've used different models at different colleges. When I first got this monitor in my office it took me a little getting used to, but only because I was using a traditional CRT monitor. If you process a lot of text, the text looks very different. As far as I can tell, given my limited experience with LCD monitors, this monitor is worth a pretty low price. Resolution is crisp, images are rendered in vivid color and the monitor is fast, meaning there's virtually no ghosting. I haven't used this monitor for video games, so I can't speak about its suitability for the same purposes. . However, I would highly recommend this item as a good all round monitor at a good price.
