So I've only been using this product for two days and I've noticed that my energy has improved a little and my sleep has gotten a little better. It could be related to my training or maybe supplements. What I love about it is that it contains the same ingredients as other testosterone boosters that cost over 3x the price. I love that it has mostly proven ingredients and that even if it doesn't specifically produce testosterone, it at least provides additional vitamins and minerals that I'm probably missing anyway, so no real downsides. I weigh 160 pounds so despite the recommendation of 2 pills 3 times a day I believe it's for the average male who is probably overweight so I take 2 pills 2 times a day. I'm curious to see how I feel in 30-45 days and will update this review. Overall I find it helps produce more testosterone at best and is a pretty good multivitamin at worst. I'm 52 years old, do strength training twice a week and cardio twice a week. Overall I'm feeling pretty good, but I'm just looking for something that will help with muscle building and recovery. I also take creatine, fish oil and protein. The desire to become strong in the second half of life.
