Great alternative to Fitbit for teen athletes

After using Fitbit for years my daughter LOVES her new Garmin! She is an athlete, health lover and active student. and lately, she's been feeling a little left out of Fitbit. She didn't like having to pay for the app and its data. She loves her new Garmin and I love that it reminds her to take care of herself and get enough sleep!
