Does anyone at Otterbox actually own the s20u and use it on a daily basis? This case is the same as all others. There is a 1/8 inch thick border ONLY at the top and bottom of the front of the case. There is NOTHING but a raised rubber rim about 6 7/16 inches from top to bottom of the phone screen with a white stone screen protector that allows you to place a ruler anywhere at the top of the screen and place it on top of the glass. How difficult would it be to design this case with a full rubber border around the screen? It's like they're in w Samsung because they know the screen will break when you finally drop it face down like mine just did, even with bs ws glass. Now I'm looking at wiping data, 2 days and about $360 to pay a company that will probably screw up something else trying to replace the screen and digitizer. thanks Otterbox. thanks champs Whoever you pay to design that useless case, give them a big raise for that wonderful pose.
