Review on PrivacyUX for CCPA by Joe Campbell

Their team has been very attentive throughout our onboarding process from both technical (platform) as well as business perspective. We've had multiple conversations with them regarding issues we were having in implementing their product which helped us understand what was causing those problems so it allowed for quick resolution! I have not found anything yet about their services or products to dislike - they are great at solving customer's needs and helping customers succeed using their solutions. The lack of information available online makes finding other providers difficult when looking for additional features such as data retention policies, etc., but everything else seems like a good fit for what we needed at the time. The ability to opt in or out of data collection across their product portfolio without changing the underlying codebase. It's very easy to have your consent changes take effect immediately. No need to wait for updates to be pushed to production. We use the product to manage our customer opt-in lists. The ability to update those lists quickly and easily makes it easier to respond to new regulations like CCPA.
