I used a rubber band to attach my extremely thin 1960's department store doll to this platform so she could be rolled around when I 'dance' with it during a performance. The handle on the short side is ideal for inserting the rope. It's so stable and rolls so smoothly that I'm ordering 2 more for live dancers.
