Review on Heng's 12-Volt Power Vent Motor Replacement, 90037-C1 Replacement Vent Motor by Jessie Zdunich

This is a GREAT fan motor replacement. Anyway, I was reusing an old fan in my range hood and it slipped right onto the D shaft and then there was a little problem. the fan can also slip. Then I notice a small groove on the D-shaft which I need to keep the fan spinning. I did NOT receive this clip so I removed the twist strip from the cover, installed and screwed down / SAFETY WIRE correct! That works great. That's why I only give 4 stars. You should get a retainer if you plan to pierce this D-shaft. GREAT ENGINE!
