The facial oil helped a lot because the lotion feels very thick and heavy on my skin. So I really liked this product and it helped reduce my severe to moderate acne but it didn't help much in the long run. I have very dry skin that produces too much sebum to compensate and breakouts appear. So lots of moisturizing products are really helping me and it has reduced my acne a bit. Coconut oil is considered to be quite comedogenic. If you have oily skin this can irritate your skin and I would not recommend it. Rosehip oil is MUCH better for moisturizing, fighting acne, scars, etc. so after a little research I stopped using this product. There are better products to keep your skin hydrated, especially if you are acne prone.
