I like the BOOM 3s I ordered and the fact that unlike BOOM 2 they are backwards compatible with previous versions of BOOM. You can sync many of them to the UE Music and Podcasts app around your home while you do other things or take them outside with you. you are tough I have never tested their water resistance except from the outside. I would have liked the BOOM 3 to have the same charging port and threaded screw on the bottom as the 2, but at least have a carabiner attachment loop. For me they are definitely worth the money as the battery lasts for several days or a whole day of loud gaming.
