have had it for about 2 weeks. The fans themselves are amazing. Excellent lighting, quiet and good cooling. The ICUE software and Lighting Node Pro (controller included) are a different story. Unlike most control programs, LNP and ICUE do NOT automatically detect attached devices. I had to tell ICUE what is installed, model, number of fans and what port they are connected to. This is 101 controller software and should be the software's work, not mine! I'm a tech pro, how can a newbie know most or any of this? The LNP controller DOES NOT CONTROL the fan speed. All the ads I read said the fan speed could be controlled. What they don't say is that you need a Commander Pro controller to get this feature, but LNP doesn't. Why Commander Pro isn't standard for all devices is beyond me. I had to look it up after going insane searching for fan speed controls in ICUE. ICUE's lighting control software is unwieldy at best, not very intuitive. After figuring all of that out, I needed to create a lighting profile or profiles. Again, there are no actual instructions or help tabs. More guesswork, I figured it out, somehow. While the pre-programmed color swatches and effects are pretty easy to use, I'm still working on customizing them. Again, advertised feature, there are no actual instructions and I have yet to find out. Maybe I need Commander Pro for that too.
